After arrival in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina by train we reached the old town of Sarajevo by tram. There we had a Turkish coffee in Baščaršija, Sarajevo's main street. This is also the place where you will find Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque, Sebilj Fountain, Pigeon square and a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. One of them is ćevabdžinica željo which is supposed to be the best place to eat Ćevapčići with pita. In front of a bar we also found a message that there would be rooms for rent. After some phone calls we agreed on €40,- for an overnight stay. The lady took us to our room in a house a couple of streets away from the bar, holding up her umbrella, because it had started raining.
